There is a big challenge to communicate something with your kids. Set clear expectations related to what is acceptable behavior and what is not acceptable. This is very important for success in teaching children. If the information is not submitted then the rules can make children confused.
Talk with your child sitting down and explain the expectations and the consequences of wrong action. Explain that there is no negotiating terms when making mistakes and when mistakes happen given sanctions that have been determined unequivocally. Rules relating to the safety of your children, or good health should not be negotiated and should be done firmly. Another Rules may be discussed openly and honestly with children and action agreed should be done.
Children need to understand that disciplining yourself is a way to find out and implement what is acceptable behavior and what not. Perhaps a child is against the rules but they actually know that it’s good for them, health, safety and allow them to grow mature and become wise.
